  1. 1. Booking and deposit

    No deposit is asked when you book. Everything is paid at the appointment.

  2. 2. Cancelling and changes

    You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. To change it, write to Jorg Beauty.

  3. 3. Late cancellation and no-show

    If you cancel inside the 24 hours before, nothing is charged. If you do not show up, nothing is charged either, but Jorg Beauty may ask for a deposit on your next booking.

  4. 4. Arriving late

    There are 15 minutes of tolerance. After that, Jorg Beauty may shorten the appointment or ask you to reschedule.

  5. 5. Where the work happens

    Jorg Beauty works at the studio, in the Playa del Carmen area.

  7. 7. Fees and refunds

    The card processing fee is paid by the professional. Refunds are the price minus fees, and fees are non-refundable.

Studio rules

  1. Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed when you book. I message you on WhatsApp a day before.
  2. Changes and cancellations: Let me know at least 24 hours ahead to change or cancel with no problem.
  3. Late arrival: There are 15 minutes of tolerance. After that I may shorten the service or reschedule.
  4. No-shows: If you miss two appointments without letting me know, I will ask for a deposit for the next one.
  5. Lash touch-ups: They are booked 2 to 3 weeks after the application and with at least 40% of the lashes still in place; otherwise they are charged as a new application.
  6. Payment: At the studio, in cash or by transfer. Nothing is charged when you book.
  7. Health: Tell me about allergies, pregnancy or eye treatments before the appointment.
